Joltik is a Bug-type Pokemon introduced in Generation V. It is also known as the 'Attaching Pokemon'.
How to Obtain
Joltik can be found in Pewter City, in the orange grass patches just after Viridian Forest. It can also be obtained from trading or the Pokemon Roulette.
