Rayquaza is a DragonFlying type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is also known as the 'Sky High Pokémon' and is also a member of the weather trio along with the pokemon Groudon and Kyogre.
How to Obtain
Go to Cinnabar Volcano and talk to the guy with red wings in the house at the very back. He will have a feeling that Route _____/ _____ City will have a rare Pokémon. That Pokémon can be Rayquaza, Cresselia or Manaphy.
It can also be obtained from trading and the Pokemon Roulette. It is highly unlikely that wish_z will ever make a Rayquaza code because it will probably break the game.If you are wondering there used to be a code for a certain "Rayquaza" (see "RainbowRayquaza" image down below) which was a troll from the dev. it was a level 100 Magikarp. The proof is that it has a Magikarp's stats, and if you give it a common candy (it gets one level down) and level it up, it evolves into a Gyarados.
Evolution
Rayquaza can Mega Evolve into Mega Rayquaza. In Project: Pokemon, however, Rayquaza currently cannot Mega Evolve due to the absence of the move Dragon Ascent. Some players assume that Mega Rayquaza has not been implemented due to it being broken (as it is in actual competitive Pokemon), similar to how Arceus is limited to admins. It is also pointed out that, with all the Rayquaza auras in existence, it would be tedious to make new aura Mega Rayquaza sprites.
